STEP 1) Register for online access 

Click the REGISTER icon below and enter your Last Name as the USER ID and click LOGIN. You will be promted to enter a password - Enter your birthdate MM/DD/YYYY (with slashes) as your default password. Complete the information on the Registration page and follow the instructions.

STEP 2) Login and Enroll

Login with your personalized USER ID and Password credentials from the registration process. Once you're logged on the GET STARTED page click on the "I'm Ready to Enroll with Salary Deductions". Select Plan(b) from the list of investment providers and follow the online instructions.
